Elle allie de mani\u00e8re id\u00e9ale un travail d\u2019endurance accessible \u00e0 tous, la marche, et un renforcement musculaire de l\u2019ensemble du corps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Le principe est simple\u00a0: il s\u2019agit d\u2019accentuer le mouvement naturel des bras pendant la marche et de propulser le corps vers l\u2019avant \u00e0 l\u2019aide de deux b\u00e2tons qui permettent d\u2019aller plus vite et de marcher plus longtemps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">L\u2019ensemble du corps entre en action, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi 80% des chaines musculaires. Cette activit\u00e9 procure plaisir et bien \u00eatre et s\u2019adresse \u00e0 tous les publics.<\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Une s\u00e9ance de Marche Nordique commence par un \u00e9chauffement progressif des muscles et des articulations, se poursuit par une marche dynamique dans un environnement agr\u00e9able et vari\u00e9, et finit par un temps d\u2019\u00e9tirements de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration. <\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La dur\u00e9e d\u2019une s\u00e9ance est de deux heures.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>HISTOIRE<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La Marche Nordique, que l\u2019on appelle aussi &lsquo;Nordic Walking&rsquo;, ou encore &lsquo;Sauvakavely&rsquo; en finnois, tient son origine de Finlande o\u00f9 elle aurait commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 appara\u00eetre dans les ann\u00e9es 1920.La marche avec b\u00e2tons \u00e9tait \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque utilis\u00e9e par les skieurs de fond Finlandais comme un entra\u00eenement pratiqu\u00e9 hors saison, pour se maintenir physiquement au niveau quand la neige n\u2019\u00e9tait plus de la partie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">C\u2019est en 1966 que Leena J\u00e4\u00e4skel\u00e4inen, enseignante \u00e0 la Facult\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9ducation physique d\u2019Helsinki, va introduire des sessions de marche avec b\u00e2tons dans ses cours .Elle sera la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 vanter les m\u00e9rites de cette marche avec b\u00e2tons, en se basant sur les mouvements du ski de fond.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">En France, la Marche Nordique est arriv\u00e9e au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2000 , et a eu \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de succ\u00e8s gr\u00e2ce, entre autres, \u00e0 la pionni\u00e8re finlandaise Arja Meyer, consultante aupr\u00e8s de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Fran\u00e7aise d&rsquo;Athl\u00e9tisme sur la Marche Nordique.
