style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(niveau Dynamique uniquement, priorit\u00e9 aux actifs )<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><b>Samedi<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0: 9H30-11H30<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le lieu est indiqu\u00e9 dans le tableau d\u2019inscription.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chaque s\u00e9ance commence par un \u00e9chauffement progressif des muscles et des articulations (15\u2019) , se poursuit par une marche dynamique et finit par un temps d\u2019\u00e9tirements de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration (15\u2019).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Des exercices de renforcement musculaire, cardio, gainage, \u2026 peuvent \u00eatre propos\u00e9s durant la marche.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quel que soit le niveau, la technique sera prioritaire ainsi que la concentration pour un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice commun maximum.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous conseillons d\u2019\u00eatre assidu afin de mieux progresser et ainsi ressentir tous les bienfaits de la Marche Nordique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous proposons :<\/span><b> 3 Niveaux<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dans tous les niveaux, nous pratiquons une marche nordique technique en pleine conscience.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 d\u00e9butants, si vous revenez d\u2019une longue absence, et si vous souhaitez rester dans le confort avec une\u00a0<\/span><b>allure mod\u00e9r\u00e9e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: soutenu<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> au-del\u00e0 de 6km\/h avec \u00a0moins de pauses\u00a0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rappel:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les nouveaux peuvent venir participer \u00e0 une s\u00e9ance d\u2019essais, les b\u00e2tons seront pr\u00eat\u00e9s pour les premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Merci d\u2019arriver 15\u2019 avant le d\u00e9but de la s\u00e9ance<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous conseillons aux d\u00e9butants de venir r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement en septembre et octobre car des s\u00e9ances sp\u00e9cifiques d\u00e9butants seront dispens\u00e9es par notre coach Marie ( pr\u00e9sente tous les
